Hi there! I recently took upon myself establishing a proper backend to my company. In order to do so I decided to use CMS onTrack developed by codeniner (https://codecanyon.net/item/ontrack-it-asset-management-project-management/14772352). There is a bunch of modifications I need done in order to make the functionality suit the needs of my company.
It really is a bunch of simple modifications but I'd rather someone professional do it as opposed to me butchering it.
Full list of modifications is to be discussed but the general gist is:
- adding an image field to asset MySQL table and displaying it within the system with a file upload input box,
- using that image data to be displayed in asset detailed view as well as jQuery on:hover in list view,
- adding a new page that displays all packages (currently labeled as "model" within the system),
- adding some additional fields to be linked with the package table,
- added functionality: if package status changes then change all subsequent assets that belong to that package,
- improve automatic tag generation (e.g. currently is G3 into G000003),
- add ability for an asset to be assigned to multiple packages rather than just one,
- add option to duplicate an asset,
It will require thorough knowledge of PHP/MySQL CMS applications along with a tiny bit of HTML and JS jQuery/AJAX knowledge (though presumably mainly implementation of pre-existing libraries); CSS can be reused based on the pre-existing template. Ideally you'd have some experience with this particular CMS but since it's an independent creation it's naturally not obligatory.
Check out the demo: http://demos.codeniner.com/ontrack/
I'd also be interested to discuss the functionality API that comes with it could provide.
