PHP Laravel App

I need a PHP Laravel App for staff to enter details into and query a remote server.
This will need to use SSH to send a command to a remote server, with the results returned as JSON, and then mapped into a table.
This Laravel App will have two views O
No login, no user management
Please see attached scope document explinaing the process
access to the remote server is not possible, however - example JSON returns can be provided.

Currently, we do this by the below CLI command:

ssh {usr}@{host} "show subscribers stacked-vlan-id {SVLAN} vlan-id {CVLAN} | display json" > .\query_return.json

The above command when run on a CLI will remote to the host, run the command and then save the output in a local JSON file.

This system needs to be able to cope with two people running different queries at the same time, so maybe a queue system to make sure results are not tangled.
