PHP Ioncube decryption and error debugging

My customer host has a site encrypted with ioncube, and the php has a syntax error. To fix this error, I need someone who can unencrypt the php and fix the error(s).

Note this site is not viewable from Asia, so for Asia devs, you will need to connect via VPN/Proxy from a European server.
