I think you understand your weaknesses. you pay less and expect more to be delivered. How can you have more than person working on the same part and when files are uploaded from different remote places and end up conflicting and tend to state have been uploading files full of bugs to your site???. You also sort to understand I work on only what is specified in the job Description not what you just think of each and every day.
