PHP Docusign API / Wordpress Needs Finishing

General information for the website: We are creating a form that submits to Docusign API for a pdf template to be signed and then return to script
Description of every page/module: Once the document has been signed (using Docusign's embedded method on page) they return to the script and we need to create an additional pdf locally and then fire off email notifications with the PDF's attached
Description of requirements/features: We have used wordpress just for convenience as a cms to wrap around the script and Contact Form 7 to collect the data.

The script is 80% complete but my developer has become seriously ill and is now unable to finish the project and our deadline is this week.

Currently it handles the Docusign api funcitonality (although we need to alter the envelope template beign used to match the clients requirements) and it returns to the script and saves the pdf locally ready for emailing

The emailing is also created although until the local pdf creation is done we can't finalise it
