We are looking for a PHP developer under linux with AWS experience to implement a script for Handling Bounces and Complaints using amazon ses (https://aws.amazon.com/it/blogs/messaging-and-targeting/handling-bounces-and-complaints/). We are looking for:
1- Advice on how to set up the sqs / sns;
2- Implement the php script for checking the sqs topic in case of high bounces /complaints rate and in case send an email / text (using twilio api).
