CMS and Admin requirements: This is not to be build on a pre-existing CMS like Wordpress or Joomla. Preferred to be build on codeigniter framework.
Must be built in PHP / SQL etc...
Extra notes: Please attach samples of your work with URL's. I am looking for a PHP Developer who can help us out as we are going through a very busy time at this stage and my current developers are busy on other projects. More work may be available pending the progress and completion of this project.
