PHP Developer needed to complete project

I\'ve been let down by the people who were helping me build a bespoke credit control system. It\'s actually almost there but I need someone to look over the code, let me know it\'s secure and then add some additional stuff that was scoped but wasn\'t done. This is my first foray into getting a developer to help me build sites and applications and I have lots of ideas for others i\'d like to progress so i\'m really seeing this as a long term relationship.
