PHP Debugging and Development - Ongoing

I am looking for a stellar PHP developer that works between 9am - 6pm EST for on-call PHP work (troubleshooting, debugging, full development, etc).

I sometimes have very simple tasks that I need done as-soon as reasonably possible without having to wait for a 24 hour turn-around.

You can work on retainer or per task/project.

Please only apply if you are ready to start working and troubleshooting tasks now and are generally available between 9am and 5pm EST.

The first task is to troubleshoot some custom php that I put in a Drupal 7 page that is causing the page to load a blank white screen. Will provide retainer for 1-5 billable hours.
