PHP and Stripe integration

We have a software service that I want to send an email to a customer that prompts them with a link that will take payment through STRIPE via credit card. Our system already sends emails out, so its just the code and links that are needed. We also already have a stripe account to integrate with so we are all ready to go.
If you have experience with this type of thing please let me know what you have done similar and a rough estimate to get this going. thanks Ian
