PHP and MYSQL coding for existing HTML website

Existing HTML website requires CMS with the use of PHP/MYSQL.

7 x pages.

Description of requirements/features:
- All pages have already been designed/developed in HTML and CSS.
- We now ONLY require a back-end, secure CMS system to allow for dynamic administration of website.
- Require a programmer confident in PHP and MySQL to program the CMS system and convert the site to PHP.

CMS requirements:
- Ability to edit text content on the Bio page.
- Ability to upload/delete images on the main image banner for every page.
- Ability to upload/delete images on the Gallery page.
- Ability to add or delete generic fields from one of the contact forms.
- Very simple "skeleton" dashboard required.

3 x contact forms that need to be made live (they have already been created in HTML/CSS).
