PHP, Ajax, Jquery, ReCaptcha enquiry form.

General information for the website: Aerial Videography / Photography
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: One enquiry page with HTML form that submits back to itself, does validation, blocks rude words, spambots, invalid emails, etc
Description of requirements/features: Contact form that has:
Name (required)
Email (required)
Phone
Message (required) all as HTML placeholders in HTML form.

PHP/jquery to validate the form and provide error checking if something is not right. page should submit to itself. ReCaptcha to prompt (keys already obtained).

This should be a blank form, no CSS required at this stage as the formatting will be added later. Page should have an includes/config.php which houses all the database details (already created) and the form emails me and also submits to the database (Database created already).
