PERL Developer Windows 19 Server

We need Windows PERL to go out to a URL which calls an API and get pricing from the pricing service, we need it to write to a flat CSV file.

Must assist in setting up PER Text::CSV library is installed.

Our Goal
1. Run this on a Windows 19 Server via batch command daily (you set up on on your machine locally, let us know what version of PERL and how to install the proper CSV library)
2. Calls this program (attached is example from the pricing service)
3. Uses GET,(security1,security2,security3),(KEYVAL,CUSP,TICK,DES1,DES2,PRC,PRCADAT),
Example GET,(IBM),(KEYVAL,CUSP,TICK,DES1,DES2,PRC,PRCADAT),
Might have you change the code to include input file with secures that get called in a list.
4. That example will return - "IBM","45920010","IBM","INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHS","COM",127.26,20230519
5. Write out lines out to a flat file in CSV for multiple securities
6. Implement Project via Zoom on Test Server then Production.
