PCAP extraction for Feature Extraction ready for ML Models

i need someone to run a program for me or help me run it. It involves a program where I can insert a pcap file and it should perform feature extraction on the dataset with a full amount of 82 features. I'm having simple syntax struggles and package installation issues, which are quite basic but giving me issues as i have no prior knowledge with Python.
