Parsing resume (CV) with machine learning

We are looking for someone who can develop a machine learning program that can help us to format resumes. As to which language or which framework of AI is not a concern at this stage. Knowledge of tensorflow is an advantage.

So emails, names, addresses, company names, dates, job experiences, education, other information is necessary to capture within the resume.
