Oracle Apex reporting

I need you to do reporting for an already established Application.

The following are to be configured:
1. User Login and Roles:
I. To be able to use Email to login based on their CARD_NUMBER and COMPANY_ID
II. Verify the Email Address and Change Password
III. Different Roles as Per Administrator per company and users per company
IV. ADMINISTRATORS: This will be per company have access to APPROVAL and the whole access to the application for the COMPANY_ID
V. USERS: Have Access to Specific templates and REPORTS

2. USER ACCESS to the following:
I. USER_DETAILS TABLE (ONLY THE SPECIFIC RECORDS)
II. REPORTS (ONLY THE SPECIFIC RECORDS)
III. INITIAL CONTRIBUTION FORM - CREATE/EDIT/CANCEL (THIS IS SUBJECT TO ADMINISTRATOR APPROVAL)
IV. INITIAL LOAN FORM - CREATE/EDIT/CANCEL (THIS IS SUBJECT TO ADMINISTRATOR APPROVAL)


3. Reform the user report:
I. USER_DETAILS report
II. CONTRIBUTION REPORT TO HAVE LINK TO EDIT/CANCEL (Contribution Type is C then color Blue, When W then color Red, others Green)
III. LOAN_DETAILS REPORT TO HAVE LINK TO EDIT/CANCEL
IV. LOAN_REPAYMENT_DETAILS REPORT TO HAVE LINK TO EDIT/CANCEL
V. WITHDRAWAL REPORT TO HAVE LINK TO EDIT/CANCEL
VI. OPENING_BALANCE REPORT TO HAVE LINK TO EDIT/CANCEL
VII. MONTHLY REPORT
VIII. ACCOUNTING SUMMARY
