Oracle APEX Application Import Automation

We are looking for an Oracle APEX expert to develop a solution that automates the import process of large APEX applications into our Oracle APEX environment without encountering the common timeout issues associated with the standard import process. The goal is to streamline application deployments, allowing for more efficient updates and management of our APEX applications.

Objectives:

• Automate Application Import: Develop a procedure or set of procedures that can programmatically import an Oracle APEX application using APEX_APPLICATION_INSTALL and other relevant APEX APIs.
• Background Process Implementation: Utilize DBMS_SCHEDULER or a similar approach to run the import process as a background job, ensuring that the process can complete without timing out, regardless of the application size.
• Error Handling and Logging: Implement comprehensive error handling and logging mechanisms to capture and report any issues that occur during the import process.
• User Interface for Upload: Create an Oracle APEX page that allows users to upload application export files and trigger the automated import process. This interface should be user-friendly and include basic validations of the uploaded files.
