CMS and Admin requirements:
● We have a desire to launch as soon as possible, so the software should enable rapid development.
● We need to be able to update and modify our platform based upon our audience reaction and usage, so we need something flexible.
● We need to be able to support potentially high levels of traffic and complex transactions.
● We will need to extend the functionality over time.

Given the above a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) stack seems the most appropriate solution. This is easily maintained, proven to be reliable and should lend itself to flexible and rapid development.

On completion of the project we will also ask you to assign us the full copyright and ownership of the source code.
