Ongoing development assistance with SaaS Laravel and maybe React

Looking for ongoing assistance creating a SaaS Estate Agency product. I'll be acting as a Lead Developer and Coder Reviewer, and specifically asking for certain parts to be developed, rather than a full project description up front.
Ideally, looking for someone skilled in;

PHP Laravel
Maybe React & React Native
And good with CSS / Design

The work will be sporadic to start with, a few hours a week, increasing over time hopefully, but with no strict deadlines or expectations so ideally looking for someone with a bit of spare time to help out with some development :)
