New tab 'Services' for Golden Network website

General information for the website: Build from Scratch
Description of requirements/features: I want to add a new tab on the website: 'Services'. This one should be placed before 'Contact us' and after 'Partners'.

We would like to the have same style as http://thegoldennetwork.co.uk/the-membership/

1) Moving Pictures should stay at the top of the page

2) Sub tab names:

Events Management
TGN Lifestyle Concierge

The font scheme should be the same as the other pages except for those 5 titles who are in a fancy font…

3) Please find enclosed the Powerpoint presentation with the text/design for the page + the pics that should be included in the Pictures gallery (in the middle of both sections) = shared on Skype

All should be on the same page but just different sections.

This page should be editable the same way I can edit the other pages via Parallell plesk panel - https://87.106.200.84:8443/smb/admin-home
