New Music Format Codec Converter (Cheap Project)

Hello

We are after a programmer who can create us a new music file type which you can decide what that is to be later.

We then want you to create a codec so that can be used in windows media player 10 and above,and a converter so we can convert .mp3 formats to our file type.

The file type has got to be off a good quality and the file type has got to be able to hold extra text data too.

We also would like to be able to attach added info to the new file type which would be a 49 digit code.If this is possible, it is not a necessarity.

We would like to do this for as cheap as possible, with the result that you will be involved within newly set up business with the sucession off having alot more work coming your way from us.
