New Homepage and secondary pages, mobile optimised

I am after a designer who can create a better looking homepage for me on www.discountregistrations.co.uk.

Changes I want to see made:

MOBILE:
Menu to be dynamic with headers split into further pages
Telephone number removed
Title to change to "Search our Private Number Plates"
Yellow search box to be a Number plate

Box with "BUY" graphic for buying a number plate. 100 words in the box. The box to be header tag 1 (see Regtransfers.co.uk for what I mean on this)
Box with "SELL" graphic for selling a number plate. 100 words in the box. The box to be header tag 2 (see Regtransfers.co.uk for what I mean on this)
Box with "SOCIALS" graphic for our socials links. The box to be header tag 3.
Box with "NUMBER PLATE GUIDES" for guides. 100 words in the box. The box to be header tag 4 (see Regtransfers.co.uk for what I mean on this)

Removal of sidebars like Dateless Number Plates, Irish plates etc.
Socials to be changed to above.
Blogs to be removed.
Business details input on footer

DESKTOP
Header to be clearer - remove "two ways to pay" and just have graphics like www.swiftreg.co.uk for speak to an expert and send us a message (with link to contact us page)
Menu to be dynamic with headers split into further pages
Remove Order by telephone or 24hrs a day online.
Yellow search box to be a Number plate
