New CSS style sheet to improve look of basic site

I'm making contact to see if you would be interested in working on a new project involving the creation of a new CSS style sheet to make a small basic site look more contemporary/modern in its feel.

The website was created by a system programmer several years ago and is no longer built with the best practice of modern-day builds. But unfortunately, the owners of the site would like us to achieve this update by stripping out any existing stylesheets and any inline styles and supplying a new style sheet.

The new stylesheet would replace the current "master.css", which will stylize the bulk of the website. Any changes to the HTML source code would need to be documented, so they can instruct their programmer to update this.

Feel free to use whatever layout and colour palette you feel looks best to achieve a modern/spacious look (still keeping it a simple layout)
