General information for the business: Software development - real business results
Description of every module: Are you an experienced freelance professional? Had enough of pitching for work every other week? My company is seeking mature, experienced and professional .NET developers for a long term placement to work with an in-house term of smart, senior developers.

What I'm NOT looking for;

- If you are a project manager for an offshore team - please don't contact me. I'm looking for individuals only. Smart, technical people who can get sh*t done. If you are a PM, I won't be responding.

- don't apply if you are a junior developer who needs a 50 page specification to build a two page web application. Our projects provide you technical freedom to deliver a business outcome. We won't be telling you where to put that button, or what color to make the page. We expect our developers to be business analysts - to ask questions and make decisions.

- don't apply if you want 2 weeks work - our existing offshore developers have been with us for more than 3 years. We pay well and will keep you engaged on cutting edge development. You will participate in a team which follows-the-sun. You will have a say in system architecture and all projects deliver business results. Our projects require longer term commitment - and we have exciting projects for at least the next 1000 days.
