.Net Core development

I am developing a .Net Core 2.1 web api, and need to start dividing and conquering.

I have generated a number of unit tests to describe a method I need on a class, and would like someone to start developing that method to get the unit tests passing.

I would like to do this on an hourly basis, with an initial budget limit of £100 (approximately a day) so that I can check that I'm happy with progress and style before continuing.

On awarding this project, I will give you access to a git repo in Azure dev ops in which there is a branch for this work. I will be able to answer questions about the unit tests, and can update them if there are any problems, but you will need to work independently on implementing the method.

For this initial piece of work, some experience with using JsonPatch will be useful
