Need to write a class in c# to generate pdf and barcode

Hi

I am looking for someone who can write a class in C# to create the attached pdf.

1) The text in the curlies {{}} should be replaceable
2) The barcode image should be generated dynamically based on the given input. Input is in string format.
3) The pdf size should be configurable and for this task it should be 4*4 inches.
4) Happy to use any open source library for the pdf generation.
5) Barcode generation can be done using BarcodeLib nuget package. It is free to use.
