Need to create a data entry form, that can insert rows into a different sheet upon clicking submit.
Form needs to look visually good. (not the one that excel automatically creates with 'Form' button)
Values will need to be selected automatically from a drop down menu.
if possible, a succeeding cell should populate depending upon which option we are selecting in the preceeding cell.
