Need Python skills to set up environment variable/paths etc

I have some python programs which work fine on my PC. I need to run these on my laptop. When I download and install PyCharm Community Edition on my laptop and run these programs, I get a lot of errors because my environment variable and paths etc are not correctly set up. I need someone to spend an hour or two to help me fix my set-up. There is NO Python programming required - simply help me set up the environment. This is on a Windows 11 laptop. Am happy to screenshare to enable you to make changes.
