Need ongoing support developing project targets by the hour.

We are building an ongoing 3-year software development project which needs extra support now with building APIs courier links and general HTML/PHP pages to interact with the databases. Looking for a support developer to work though multiple smaller projects, to deploy as the project develops. Ongoing workload will depend on quick easy and effective task understanding and the willingness to learn and become part of the project. We build HTML in PHP and use MySQL databases. Tasks range from setting up new APIs investigating new challenges and fixing bugs in past development with a constant aim to improve code as we grow. This will only work if the developer takes on an ongoing overall approach to the work and not just a start and stop on each task passed.
