Need information from PDF files exported into Excel

I need to search through approximately 2,000 PDF files (letters will be provided to you). I need the following from each letter: (1) The name of the person who wrote the letter, (2) the title of the person who wrote the letter, (3) the company that the person who wrote the letter works for, (4) The job title of the person who wrote the letter (5) The industry of the person who wrote the letter. I would like the results outputted into an Excel file. I need it done as soon as possible. I would like to pay $300USD to get this done or if $300USD is not enough - please suggest another amount.
