Need help with programming/development/IT work

For this current job we need help with a variety of things in launching our new site such as hosting setup (hostgator vps, WHM), ssl certificate installation, site migration from shared hosting to vps hosting, and also some time for questions so I can understand process.

I would like to find someone I can build a relationship with and work with long term over and over. Please only bid on this job if you can work long term on other projects as well and have quick response time.
