Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are having an issue getting correct metrics testing in AB form.
This is out url: https://www.thescla.org/
The current homepage and the Enter Your Code button in the header use an embedded HTML form for student code entries
Entering the code on the HubSpot page redirects them to the member site for payment.
(Here is a code if you want to test this; just don't accept the pledge on the page it takes you to: ETSU-00034-00001)
We're running A/B tests on the homepage to test how the USA Today inclusion affects conversion.
HubSpot isn't capturing the submissions from the embedded form, so we aren't able to track conversion rates
We had our current developer set up a GA Exploration to track submissions, but the views and submissions are not being tracked accurately. We verified this by swapping the A/B tests, and by looking at view count metrics in HubSpot: Analytics
Design Manager: Design Manager | HubSpot. I've pasted the code for the form below as well.
It looks like the form is already set up to capture UTMs, so maybe the tracking solution here is creating A and B versions of the HTML form in otherwise-identical modules.
...
Please give a brief description on what you will do to complete this task
Please also send the cost and timing to complete
Also include your experience with HubSpot in HTML forms

Can you confirm whether you want the existing embedded HTML form fully integrated with HubSpot so submissions are captured natively, or do you prefer a custom JavaScript workaround that keeps the A/B tests intact while syncing metrics to HubSpot?
