Need help with CS5 (not CS5.5) actionscript 3 game. I can only afford £10-15. And I need the files' names to remain the same

I am a beginner with actionscript 3 and am learning from a text book. I have copied code from a book exactly and it still does not work. The user is supposed to guess a number between 1 and 100 and has up to 10 tries. The text box which the user inputs in, is supposed to be restricted to numbers 1-100 only. Not other characters. The user is supposed to press the enter key after entering the 'guess' or the button on the screen. There are other minor things the game should do which is obvious from the code. I need it done as quickly as possible - within a few hours.
