Need Excel Macro - Script to convert file to desired format

Hi I need help writing an Excel macro that I can use to convert an excel spreadsheet to the desired format.

The attached file Sample.xlsx has two worksheets: 1) Original and 2) Result

There can be multiple rows for each employee. The script needs to check each row for the EmployeeID, Date, Type, Job and Dept.

If there are two rows with the same employee ID, date, job, and dept but one row has type REG, and the other row has a value from a pre-defined list, the script needs to move the row containing the value from the predefined list to the same row as the one with the type REG.

I would be happy to provide further clarification. This is time sensitive and I need it done by MONDAY November 25th 11pm EST.
