Need developer to finish off UI and implement a chat api

Looking for a developer only who can implement a chat api and fix some ui issues and can begin work today.
This is for a web platform.
Looking to work with a developer directly not an agent or project manager as I have one who the developer
can communicate with

Requirements
Experience implementing API’s.
This job is to work 8 hours (full day) if you must work
2-3 hours tomorrow morning too this is acceptable.

Requirements must be completed within this time.
The document will be shared for those can do this.
You must be able to work on a demo server.
Must provide an update when required.

Please note this is a laveral and react Js project
