Need your help with solving the following issues:
1. our Elastic Server instance keeps pausing randomly. We have tried all kinds of debugs.
2. Setting up a new instance, after backing up the data from the old website.
3. FTP setup.
P.S: I have a developer who can do this but need someone who's an AWS expert and has experience of doing this. This will be done on a screenshare. Please don't ask for backend access.

Hi, if you dont let us access the AWS how will we debug for error ?
