Need a website setting live on my server

Hello

I have taken over a website from someone else and they have sent me (supposedly) all of the files, which are now on my server. I need someone to:

a) check that everything is there

then b) tell me what's missing

or c) if nothing is missing, set it live

or d) once we have the missing components, set it live

I have been sent two folders ('live' and 'htdocs'), as well as one .sql files.

Not sure how the site was built, but the index page is definitely a .php file.
