N8n workflow

I´m looking for someone that could help building a small test project using n8n and related services.

The current test should be able to show the following
1. Based on a specific law (provide as a pdf or Html) using an AI prompt (could be ChatGbt) the law text should be categorized into a structured format (based on the specific prompt provided - first just simpel categorized as sectors/paragraf. This should be saved in a database for later use.
1.1 Each sector/paragraph should have a related empty user textbox connected
2. I should be possible to simple navigate the database using some web interface (front end) and to add information into the empty user textbox.

This should be a very simple test project that if it works should be the basis for adding and testing more functionality.

(I already have my own n8n cloud based installment for this test ,o)
