MS Access Programming

There will be two mdb files.(data1.mdb and data2.mdb).

Both files has same number of tables with same Table name.

In data1.mdb, there is one empty table in this file, lets us say, xxx.
and in data2.mdb, there is a table with same name but with 1000 Records.

JOB is for Deleting the Table xxx in data1.mdb and copying the entire xxx table from data2.mdb to data1.mdb.

I prefer coding in using c++\\MFC\\VC or VB with UI .

if it is c++\\MFC\\VC - there should n\'t be any user interaction, all this needs to be done programatically.

if it VB, all it should ask, Paths of the mdb two files
