MS Access Application Having a Demo Version and Integrating Twilio

Description of requirements/functionality: Dear Developer!

How much does it cost for you to insert a vba code to have my MS Application in Demo version and integrate twilio to my ms access application? This is what I want to do.

Button 1 'Minor Sales' -This button will send the customer a 'thank message for purchasing!' with the phone number he provides on the form. On his thank you sms message it includes the name of the item he purchased on my store at the same time Twilio will send me an sms report of my sales. On the sms message report on my phone it includes the CustomerName,# of Items, Item Purchase and phone number.

So for example:
SMS to Customer: ‘Thank you for purchasing “(Insert Here: ItemPurchase)” at Lida’s Hardware. Please come again. Thank you!’
SMS to my Phone: ‘”(Insert Here: CustomerName)” has purchased “(Insert Here: ItemPurchased)” Contact number “(Insert Here: PhoneNumber)”


Button 2 'Major Sales' - This button will send the customer a 'thank so much message for purchasing!'with the phone number he provided on the form. On his thank you sms message it includes the name of the item he purchased on my store at the same time Twilio will call me the report of my sales. On the voice call report on my phone it includes the CustomerName,# of Items, and Item Purchased.

So for example:
SMS to Customer: ‘Thank you for purchasing “(Insert Here: ItemPurchase)” at Lida’s Hardware. Please come again. Thank you!’

Please let me choose a lady voice and it should be very audible. The voice call should not be so fast so that I can understand the message.

Next that you place a code that my program will run only for 30 days? It is like a demo version that expires in 30 days or something depending on the days I set. I found a vba code on the net but It can easily be hacked by my staff since they just simply change the date of the system or computer. Then my program will run after changing the date and time of the computer. Can you help me make it more secure? Like it will check the internet date and time instead from my system or what..

Which is better Nexmo or Twilio? Can you help me decide? How much does it cost for the changes I made? Let’s get it started.
