Hi,
I need to create a MS access relational database that asks some basic questions about an application and returns all the hazards involved with the application, it then gives the option to view all the hazards involved and their control measures, also an option to view the regulations associated with the hazards.
I have all the data, just need to get it into the tables and a basic system running to demonstrate it can work and be further populated at a later date.
