Move 4 websites from Plesk to docker to run on production

I need a DevOps gig to move few wordpress and drupal websites from plesk environment to cloud server and deploy them on docker
on giltlab enterprise instance i need to have 4 websites with CI/CD setup for this websites
also all websites has ssl certificates so this needs to be done as well
Required knowledge is Gitlab CI/CD, Docker deployment on production of the PHP&Mysql projects such as Wordpress and Drupal, NGINX

Basically, i need you to create .Dokerfile docker-compose.yml file and gitlab-ci.yml files which can be reused for development, staging and production deployments.
also reusable nginx configuration files which can be reused
