Move 2 small sites from current host to new host

Description of requirements/features: Hi, I have two small websites (one using Wordpress, the other bespoke coded also database based) that I would like moved from their current host (Siteground) to a new host I (1and1). Both sites/databases will need to be moved and the domains pointed to the new name servers (nb. the domains for both sites were originally purchased with the new host so should be a simple enough to change the name servers).

Both sites are https and the new hosts will need to be the same. I'll set up SSLs for them both with the new host.

Nothing needs to change regarding the two sites - domains stay the same, content unchanged etc, just a straight move over.

Once done, I'll need ftp logins to both + any other logins (database etc).
