Modify JQUERY Autocomplete Search

I would like to modify an existing JQUERY AUTOCOMPLETE SEARCH. I would like to make an extra box to the left of the search (see screenshot 1) for users to enter a NUMBER > and then USE THE SEARCH,

FOr example if I put 12345 on the BOX, and I search : "EXAMPLE TEXT" it will create a link. The link is created on a JS file: http://test.unriddle.co/js/autocomplete.js

The 12345 number should be added to the LINK HIGHLIGHTED on the http://test.unriddle.co/js/autocomplete.js file. See screenshot 2.
Description of requirements/features: The files that need to be edited are: http://test.unriddle.co/js/autocomplete.js and INDEX > http://test.uriddle.co.
Both can be found on the site.
