Modify an existing python - django - mysql UI and add docker

We are self hosted. VPS currently by Ionos.com

As a prototype for demo, it relies on linux based devices for the API which is written and it works.

The purpose of the demo is to have a MVP to show investors. As such it needs to be secure. But first - it has to work.

The system is currently is largely working but for the administration cPanel which allows top senior admin to manage users and devices. it isn't terribly complex for the POC, though the full deployment is complex. So it needs a cPanel to be added to complete the project.
It uses python, django and mysql.

The task is to complete the Admin panel and dockerize. Additionally it needs to be changed from root permission to a user

There may be some additional clean up work but the bulk of the work is done except for the Admin, and any additional work is out of scope additional work. This can be handled separately.

Please show experience in these tools.
