We have a bespoke CRM system which holds contacts with associated attributes.
Our current importer allows the user to use our template CSV file to upload companies with associated contacts to the system. It also allows them to export from the system to a csv, update them on the csv and then re-upload them.
This all works well but now we want to modify the importer to include the some additional fields to update the Database.
