Modifications to existing PHP script

Description of requirements/features: We have purchased this script from CodeCanyon, and require a couple of modifications: https://codecanyon.net/item/advanced-file-management/61693

1. If you view the demo, when viewing files, there is the option to select all files in the list and delete them. We need to be able to select all files and download them all at once, rather than individually.

2. You will also see when viewing files that they are all grouped together, despite what folder they are in. We would like to be able to see the list of files/folders, and then click into the folder to view the files within, rather than having them as one single list. Alternatively, there is a search option at the top, we could change this to a drop down list of the folders, which then shows the files within the folder when selected.
