Modification of a JavaScript file upload tool

Hello,

I need a little modification of a JavaScript file upload tool.

When uploading files with certain extensions (.dcm and .dicom), the tool should not offer to download such files, instead it should open a new window in the browser with the link specified. Furthermore, for such files the text label of the download button should not display "Download", instead it should be to set "Open".
