About the Project:
We are building a WhatsApp CRM platform (similar to WATI or Interakt) focused on broadcasting and messaging through the WhatsApp Meta API. The platform is built using the MERN stack with Socket.IO for real-time communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Socket.IO + Meta API Integration

Establish and maintain real-time WebSocket connection with Meta API

Ensure messages and events sync properly between WhatsApp and the dashboard

Handle chat receive/send events in real-time

Embedded Signup Integration

Implement WhatsApp Embedded Signup for business accounts

Ensure smooth onboarding and authentication via Meta’s flow

Manage tokens, business account linking, and webhook setup

Tech Stack Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

Strong expertise in Socket.IO and WebSocket architecture

Proven experience with WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta Business API)

Proficient in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

Good understanding of SQL for analytics/reporting or hybrid DB use

Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, SSL, Load Balancer preferred)

Bonus Skills:

Meta Business Platform policy handling

Experience with multi-agent chat systems

Prior work on WhatsApp CRMs or chatbots
