Mediawiki Moderation Plugin Install / Troubleshooting

Mediawiki installation needs some help!

Updated from .34 to .39, broke various extensions in the process. We disabled them for now, but need to have things fixed and updated so we can use the wiki normally again.

Most important is the moderation extension, ideally though the other disabled ones would be made functional again as well (if updates for them exist).

Note that the update process may have affected the install. The wiki frontend is working normally.

PLEASE only bid if you have read the proposal, are READY to do the work, and KNOW what you're doing. We get a lot of spam and bids from India / Pakistan with freelancers that just spam everybody, can't do the work, don't respond to messages, are just not up for the task. We want to connect with you, if you're a solid resource, please make sure we can tell the difference between you and the spam crowd.
